HostsBlocker is a freeware utility to enable or disable Internet host ( IP ) entries you want. The program adds IP DNS entries to the Windows Hosts file. You can add multiple DNS and keep the entries sorted by name.
HostsBlocker features a simple and intuitive interface and works with both real and symbolic links. You can configure a fixed time window to disable the DNS-entries.
HostsBlocker has no known registry entries, uses no processes nor consumes any system resources, and it is not a trojan, virus, spyware, adware, malware, or neospyware, and it does not pose any danger to your system. It has been used without any problems by many customers worldwide.
You can add, remove, edit, update IP DNS-entries, enable or disable them, with you own custom names and IPs. You can also configure a fix time-window to disable the DNS-entries. The DNS-entries may be in the HOSTS file, WindowsLocalHosts, or a text file.
If you disable, uninstall, or remove the program, the DNS-entries will still be in the WindowsHosts file.
