Try not to use UI and try to use manual controls! You can get stuck this way for ages on higher difficulties, if you fall into this area it’s just a matter of time before the game is over!
Edit: I just spent hours to debug this game because of a very complicated UI that’s way too hard to use! Use manual controls!

Edit: I’d still recommend using LMB to interact with some elements, but using arrow keys and Enter/Tab works as well, it’s just harder to use!
Addendum:

Try using the PgUp/PgDn keys when in the UI!
The UI is awfully hard to use, but it’s a cheat, and a very good one. It allows you to go in and out of the UI without using the arrow keys. Try to use this if you can.
Arrow keys are bad, avoid them as much as possible.
The UI has shortcuts, but most of them seem to be useless. Using F1 is like clicking through the UI.

Edit:
Here are some tips on the UI that seem to work. I didn’t test them extensively, but you can probably go in and out of the UI without having to use the arrow keys.
There is a stack in the bottom-right corner, there should be 5 items on it. Click on it to cycle between your last 5 items. This will only work when you are in the image editor.
You can find the stack by clicking on the first image button, then click on the image on the bottom of the image editor.
The items are organized in the left-hand-side of the image editor. Click on the object that seems to be the most active, and it will be added to the stack. Click on one of the object to change its state in the image editor.

KILLING FLOOR — Zombie Slayer – It’s Sunday, and it’s time to go wild!
In this episode we go off-road & hunt some survivors! Off to the scrub lands, where we have our first shootout.

Greetings everyone and welcome to another week of your favorite deathmatch FPS Zombies in a 1-v-1 map scenario! This week’s map is found in my Killing Floor — Community Weapon Pack # 2, and is called the Skyrider.

To begin the match we’ll be assuming a 1on1 match as we throwdown. The Skyrider map is a fairly easy match, but a little bit of luck can go a long way. I’ll be getting us on-board a Skyrider with the Community Weapon Pack, but before that there are just a couple items I want to go over.

I will be using no reloads, because reloads become an issue on maps like the Skyrider where ammo is at a premium. As a class that shoots straight and doesn’t do a lot of damage, my best approach is to focus fire, you won’t be able to take my head off, but most of the zombies are susceptible to damage. I won’t be using the sniper rifle, since it’s a shotgun, but you’ll run fine with that.

I’ll be using the Skyrider Melee weapons like the Cuttaiai, the Bush Knife, and the Machete, at the least I’ll be able to kill with that so we’ll go with the Machete, as it will ease the troubles a bit. The other two are there for if things get out of hand.

You should have one gun with the Active Reload, and that’s it. You shouldn’t be relying on the Active Reload very much, but the Savant version gives you more ammo to use for the melee weapons and Frag grenades, and is also the best version for close quarters.

Speaking of the Frag Grenades, you also have the standard (active reload) and the Savant weapon.

So you have the standard frag grenade on the right, the Savant frag grenade on the left, and in the center you have the Active Reloads. This is all pretty much it. Any questions?

This campaign covers a 16-minute period during a Red Flag exercise that introduces you to five different missions that a regular A-10C pilot will experience during a Red Flag event.
Use a joystick to control the aircraft and throttle to control your speed. With this approach, you are able to fly through the events of the missions in the order that they would be flown during a Red Flag exercise.
Each of the 10 missions starts with briefing cards that will provide you with the objectives and brief descriptions of the events. After that, you can either take off or control your aircraft from a safe position if the mission starts with a takeoff.
On the map, you will be able to look for the objectives and terrain features that you need to accomplish the mission objectives. Keep in mind that for each of the missions you will need to fly and battle against a mock enemy in a single mission environment.
How to Play:
As soon as the campaign starts, you will need to select a mission from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen that will lead you to the briefing card file.
After that, the mission briefing file will load into the mission editor for you to control the events.
Select the aircraft for the mission and you can control its starting position with the keyboard to ensure you are in the correct position for the mission.
To takeoff, you need to load the mission launch pad file and select takeoff from the options list on the right. Then, you need to select the runway and the place where you want to land.
To fight against mock enemies on the missions, you need to select them from the menu on the left of the screen.
Fighter aircraft are identified by their type and color. You should select fighter groups according to your preferred play style.
After selecting the fighters, press the fire button to engage in dog-fight mode. When your adversary has been shot down, choose your dog-fight target and press the fire button. You will be rewarded with a mission completion text to show your success.
After each mission, you need to check the mission results and see which objective you met.
You can also view the unique mission map that is used for the campaign.
This Red Flag Campaign was intended for training purposes only and was not designed to achieve 100% mission completion.
