How to Use Photoshop

You can access Photoshop in two different ways. The first is by downloading Photoshop from Adobe’s website and installing it onto your computer. The second way is by installing a web-based Photoshop instead.

Creating a New File

In order to start working with Photoshop, you need to create a new file. This is a blank canvas where you will begin drawing on.

To create a new file, press File. Once the file window is open, you can choose a new document. You can find files at the default location on your hard drive.

To find where your default location is, go to File > Preferences > General. You can set the default location as C:\Users\NAME\Documents\Adobe Photoshop.

Alternatively, you can create a new file from scratch by navigating to File > New and choose a file location.

I have a function that returns the number of any decimal entered as the argument (e.g. 1,4,2.1, or 4.5) and I need to return the number of decimal places only if the number is entered as a decimal (e.g. 4.2345); if it’s rounded to the nearest multiple of 0.1, I don’t want to return the number of decimal places.
I have found the following logic, but was wondering if there is a more efficient and cleaner way to write this?
